Experienced Process Server
If you need an experienced Process Server, we have been personally serving documents for over 40 years. We have personally served thousands of documents over the many years we have been in business. We have experience in serving Notices, Injunction orders, Divorce Applications, Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Claim Forms and many more. If you have a need to serve someone personally with any document, we can get it done.
Fixed Fee
We will send you a fixed quote which will be fixed for up to 2 visits for service of any documents you may need to be served personally. Our fixed fee for service is inclusive of all time, mileage service time, reporting and proof of service in the form of a Certificate or Statement of service.

Process Server within the UK
Need for a PROCESS SERVER within the UK, through our network of experienced Process Servers we can generally get the documents served for you professionally and within a timely manner.
Most of our Agents are registered with the Association of British Investigators (ABI).
When you need legal documents served on an any individual or Company, we can provide a suitable Process Server on your behalf.
Once we have served the documents we will thereafter immediately provide you with a Signed Statement or Certificate of Service by email. An original will be sent to you by first class post in due course.
Instructions requesting for the matter to be dealt with from our office that are out of our usual area and for us not to instruct a local colleague, we happy to send you a quote, based on time and mileage for your consideration.
Time Frame for Process Serving
As a Professional Process Server, we would usually complete each Job within 24 hours or sooner, subject to the person or company we need to personally serve being available for service. We will always make an initial call within 24/48 hours at either the subjects home address or at any business address as directed.
Members of the Association of British Investigators (ABI)
We only use Agents locally and throughout the UK who are registered with the ABI.
We do not instruct anyone who is not a member of the ‘ABI’ and suitably experienced.
Therefore, anyone we instruct out of our usual local area are as we are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance, registered with the ICO, had a Criminal record search which has come back clean. Has done a suitable course, and been interviewed by their peers. So, you can be assured your documents will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
